My dissertation considers the way streaming services, such as Netflix, may effect how graphic designers produce marketing campaigns by looking on movie viewer’s psychology.
Brief

Outcome
My dissertation explores how streaming services such as Netflix have affected how graphic designers create marketing campaigns for film. This has shaped the visual language in my dissertation design by following a colour scheme, heading typeface and icons all inspired by Netflix. I’ve included the beginning of my first chapter; an annotated bibliography, as this gives the best context to the themes and research I gathered before developing my own movie poster. Further hinting towards the digital side of my essay, the page sizes are reflecting the size of a tablet, which is commonly used to use streaming services, such as Netflix.
